The Cabin is 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom and sleeps maximum of 8 adults (age 12 and over) and 2 children. 10 person max. The kitchen is new with an angled peninsula island opening to great room and dining room. Its barn board walls and vaulted wood ceilings give it that true "lodge feel."
It is situated on a double wooded lot for extra privacy with a 2 minute walk to the private sandy beach in the exclusive area of Southcott Pines Grand Bend.

This home is in the private area of Southcott Pines in Grand Bend. it is located on a double lot and is nestled in our famous trees. It is a 2 min walk to our Private Beach and about a 20 min walk to the main street. The Beach House has tons of space with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a full 2 levels of living space. The Beach House sleeps a maximum of 8 adults(age 12 and over) and 2 children. Maximum of 10 ppl. This cottage has been renovated with new furniture. It is a private retreat close to shopping and all of the conveniences that Grand Bend has to offer. The Beach House is not your ordinary cottage rental. It boasts wood flooring, newlyrenovated washrooms, 50" flat screen smart TV, fresh paint throughout, wifi, gas grill, central air conditioning/central heating, all new furniture and major appliances are just some of it's amenities.
